I am writing today to praise the Mature Moves Real Estate Team and their outstanding assistance in transitioning me from a legacy family home of 33 years into an assisted living community.

The process began very early a year ahead of the move to plan home sale and to identify the most suitable type of retirement residence. Having mobility and health issues, I was not going to be able to do this without A-to-Z assistance.

After 36 years living in my house, I knew it was time to downsize and move closer to my grandkids and volunteer work; however, I didnt believe that I could ever go through everything that had accumulated in the house. Along came Kimberly! Oh, what a blessing she was.
Kimberly helped me to break the project down into manageable parts, offered help and suggestions on everything, and continued to check in to congratulate me on each bit of progress. She is so compassionate, encouraging and professional.

Kimberly is a kind, caring and cheerful person, and Mom took to her right away. As they worked together, Kimberly ran interference many times on Mom behalf (making calls & trouble-shooting problems - which we kids particularly appreciated!). She helped keep the whole family stress down with both her disposition and her contributions.

Her countless connections included solutions for clearing the house, including a huge book collection: some donated, some discarded. Then she oversaw a wholesale cosmetic overhaul of the interior cleaning, paint, carpet as well as new landscaping.

She made countless trips to the parents new locations, understanding their limited mobility. And it hard to overstate her personal elbow grease, from beginning to end, at all levels.
This specialty is a real thing, as are Kimberly and Suzanne.
