1. Initial Consultation
We speak with you to learn about your goals and what you would like to achieve by downsizing.
NOTE: Onsite Downsizing Services for our home-selling clients only.​
2. Onsite Review
When selling your home, we conduct a walk-thru of your house for an initial assessment of your possessions.
Onsite Downsizing Services are a separate service fee from real estate.

Understanding your goals and what will serve you best, we will move you forward with either One-to-One or Group coaching.
